Hello Novell Support, We are having an issue where the gateway chokes on particular emails on a daily baisis and shuts down automatically. If it weren't for GroupWise monitor, we wouldn't even know it had shut down. I have a user that gets an email every 2 minutes from this "noreply". It comes in through my GWIA. The Message Source shows ... From: Abcdef <nore...@abcdef.com>. Can't seem to stop this mail coming in.

I have been unable to find the reason for this error. Assertion failed: aLength, file \ARUBA\install\pathclas.cpp, line 1327 Does anyone know the fix. I was trying to install the snapins for nwadmin32 to use to configre the API gateway for our migration to exchange. I've seen this error many places but no fixes.... more »

Hi, We have just upgraded our Groupwise system from 6.5.3 to GW 7.0.3. We used to have a very old legacy Groupwise Async Gateway, which is on version 4.1. Since the upgrade of the GW system, this died. Unfortunately, some of our "Important" users don't want to get rid of this and they insist on using this. I have installed the newest version... more »

Does anyone have experience migrating a single user from GroupWise 7 to Exchange 2003? We have a business unit that we acquired several years ago and no decision has been made to this point about merging the two e-mail systems (we are GroupWise 7 and they are Exchange 2003). If the groupwise system Internet addressing settings does include the idomain of the exchange server then the mail will route out through the exchange gateway when sending from gw to exchange. Mail should still route it: if exchange idomain is in internet address then the gw system thinks it is internal mail and routes to Ex gateway... more »
